We've been invited to play at an event on Saturday 7/25 in the evening at McCarren park in Greenpoint Bklyn! It's for a group that has been meeting nightly for the last 47 days to educate and activate the community towards social justice and issues that affect BIPOC communities. They also like to celebrate and highlight art and music from BIPOC cultures, which is where Mambembé comes in.
Hello Everyone! Mambembé will be rehearsing this Friday, July 24 at the Bushwick Intel Park from 7 to 9pm. Bring your own mask and have fun playing Brazilian music!
Mambembé will be playing at the Annual Allerton International Festival on Saturday, August 17, from 12pm to 5pm. Come and join us!
